How to Automate Data Entry with Prophet AI

Automate repetitive data entry tasks across web applications using Prophet AI browser automation. Save hours on CRM updates, spreadsheet entries, and form submissions.

Steps

Open the target application

Navigate to the web application where you need to enter data: a CRM, admin dashboard, spreadsheet tool, or any web-based form.

Provide the data to enter

Paste the data directly into the Prophet chat. You can provide it as a list, CSV, or just describe what needs to be entered.

Instruct Prophet to automate the entry

Tell Prophet to fill in the data: "Enter each of these contacts into the form on this page. After filling each one, click Submit and then click Add New."
